On May 18, 2007, the Sturdevant Gallery hosted a reception for the Lake Ozark Arts Council's Golf Ball fundraising project. Area businesses purchased large golf balls which were decorated by local artists. After the kick-off event at the Sturdevant Gallery, each ball was put on display at the office of its sponsoring business. The balls will be auctioned and the proceeds will benefit the Dream Factory.

 
     
On July 7, 2007, the Sturdevant Gallery hosted a reception for Mid-West Clay Artists. A variety of work by the 12 participating artists was on display in each gallery throughout the months of July and August.
